Last updated: October 2026. This policy covers hanceldesign.com only — the websites, tools, and systems Hancel Design builds for individual clients each have their own privacy practices.
Information We Collect
This website does not have accounts, logins, or a database behind it. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us: when you select a membership or submit the contact form, your device opens a pre-filled email to celia@hanceldesign.com containing whatever details you provided (name, business name, contact info, and your message). That email arrives in our normal inbox like any other — nothing is captured or stored by this website itself.
Cookies & Analytics
This site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. If that changes — for example, if we add Google Analytics or a similar tool — this policy will be updated first to disclose it.
Server Logs
Like virtually every website, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and performance purposes. We don't access this data for marketing.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for insurance professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
