Membership Terms
These are the Approved Membership Terms that apply to every Hancel Design membership — the same terms shown on the pricing page before you choose a plan.
Approved Membership Terms
- 6-month minimum commitment. The implementation fee is paid at purchase; the monthly membership begins when service is activated.
- After the initial 6-month commitment, cancel any time with 30 days' written notice.
- Implementation fees become non-refundable once implementation work begins.
- Monthly fees are non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins.
- You can upgrade your membership when available.
- Recurring monthly billing plus applicable taxes, disclosed before you complete an order — no hidden fees, no preselected paid add-ons.
After payment: Onboarding → Implementation → Review & Testing → Activation. Customer payment does not automatically activate customer-facing AI communication — it is configured, reviewed, tested, and approved before going live.
What We Don't Guarantee
Hancel Design does not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, policies, sales, revenue, conversion rates, reviews, or Google rankings. We build digital lead systems designed to improve how the business attracts, captures, responds, follows up, and automates.
